A thorough explanation of the listing contract and related documents. How to approach and work with Sellers. Getting comparables, Listing presentation, Service pledge, Etc…
Steps taken in opening escrow and the necessary follow-up.
MARTIX AND Zip Forms
A demonstration of how to search for property, make a CMA, save a prospect, make a custom search, attach search to prospect, learn about reverse prospecting, etc. and a demonstration of using Zip Forms.
1031 Tax Deferred Exchange
An explanation of how a tax deferred exchange works. Red flags. Rules and regulations.
How to prepare for, and hold an OPEN HOUSE
The Hawaii Seller’s Disclosure and other disclosures required in Real estate.
Odds and Ends
A conglomeration of items, which will touch on many different topics, but don’t exactly fit into any of the above categories. Examples: Building permits, zoning, occupancy guidelines and flood maps.
